As part of changes introduced by SafeWork NSW, students enrolling in high-risk work licence (HRWL)
courses must now complete a digital process through their MyServiceNSW account in order to
receive an Assessment Enrolment Number (AEN).
This number is required for assessment, but it will only be issued after you are enrolled into the
course.

Eligibility
- You must be aged 18 or over.
What You Need To Know:
- Create or log in to your MyServiceNSW account

(You can also scan the QR code provided during enrolment) - Once you’re enrolled, you will receive instructions to complete the SafeWork NSW
digital enrolment
This process will generate your AEN (Assessment Enrolment Number) - Check your email
After enrolment, you will receive an email from SafeWork NSW. It will contain your AEN - Record and provide your AEN
Once received, you must give this number to us.
If you’re enrolled in multiple classes, a separate AEN is required for each one.
