This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to ensure the safety of transport activities.
It includes identifying features and applying chain of responsibility obligation in the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) or applicable state/territory law and regulations. It also includes identifying and reporting chain of responsibility risks.

This unit of competency specifies the skills and knowledge required to safely cut concrete. It requires using concrete and masonry saws to cut concrete to specification.
A person who has achieved this unit of competency would be expected to take responsibility for organising and completing these tasks with a high degree of self-direction.
Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit of competency in some states and territories. For further information, check with the relevant regulatory authority.
Completion of the general construction induction training program, specified in the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work, is required by anyone carrying out construction work. Achievement of CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry meets this requirement.

Gain the skills and knowledge to operate an Articulated Haul Truck conducted over 3 days in our live site training yard. Get real time experience working along side other earthmoving machinery like Excavators and Front End Loaders. A Statement of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion (RTO ID 22585). In addition, we can complete a Verification of Competency at your request.

This course is designed for students to gain the skills and qualifications to work as a Safety observer / Spotter for the Civil Construction, Mining, Building, Facilities and Asset Management industries. We offer competitive pricing on all our courses and are happy to negotiate where more than one course or more than one student will be completing the course.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) can be offered providing suitable evidence is supplied. Discuss this with our support staff prior to beginning the course. Upon completion of the course you will be provided with a Photo identification card detailing your qualifications and a certificate demonstrating a Statement of Attainment (SOA)

This First Aid course equips students with practical, nationally recognised skills to respond to emergencies at work and home. It suits workplaces across civil construction, mining, building, facilities and asset management. You will learn the DRSABCD action plan, how to perform CPR on adults, children and infants, how to use an AED, and how to manage bleeding, fractures, burns, asthma and anaphylaxis.
